Methods: The statistical sample research included 30 female players aged 14-18 years, who were randomly divided into two experimental control groups. group performed common for weeks. Analysis covariance (ANCOVA) paired t-tests used compare between groups within Results: results t-test showed a significant training programs changes both (P≤0.05); however, difference observed pre-test post-test group. test not Q angle (P>0.05). ANCOVA that after controlling pre-test, lateral jump (P≤0.05) However, no closed kinetic chain extremity (CKCUEST), square jump, Conclusion: Considering nature results, it is suggested people working do feel need separately.

Feedforward and Feedback Function of Selected Lower Limb Muscles Following Plyometric Exercises and Cryotherapy
Purpose: Despite the widespread use of cryotherapy in sports fields there is a lack of certain evidence of its impact of it on muscle activation especially following fatigue-induced exercise. This study aimed to assess the impact of cryotherapy alone and after plyometric exercises on knee muscle activation during the drop jump task. Method: 35 active female subjects (mean age of 22.74±2.10, m...
